RETURNS & REFUNDS
ChewPets is confident on the products quality therefore we offer easy return & refund on our website by e-mailing Hello@chewpets.com
To protect and ensure that all customers return and refund requests are handled appropriately we may require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Our refund & return policy is only valid within 15 days after customer receives product.
Remember, we do not cover shipping costs for returns/exchanges at this time. If you return an item, shipping cost is NOT refunded.
Once we confirmed that we received the product, then we can process the refund less the 10% restocking fee.
There are situations that we will decline return or refund such as:
- Products that were not bought directly from ChewPets– like from a different store
- Products that have been defaced
- Products with missing labels
- Products without receipts or store IDs
- Products that haven't been cleaned
- Products that have been lost or damaged to the point where they aren't usable
