• Standard: 7-14 Business Days (USA)
• International Shipping: 10-21 Business Days (International)

• Please allow up to 1 business day for order processing.
• Expedited and Priority shipments are not available for P.O. Box addresses.

Do you ship internationally?

ChewPets do ship internationally which includes a small shipping fee depending on the country being sent to.

Will I receive tracking information?

We’ll send an email confirmation with tracking information when your order ships.

Where are you shipping from?

We have USA,UK,China Warehouses but our inventory is spread across fulfillment centers worldwide in order to reduce transit times.

How will ChewPets be shipped?

We use multiple carriers for fulfillment including (USPS, UPS, and FedEx). Unfortunately, we’re not able to control the shipping carrier used in any one shipment.
