Seems well constructed, now to get the dog to use it
Paula T.
Ramp does not hook onto truck well.
Looks cheap.
Carolyn L.
Was disappointed in the shape—-the “hill” in the middle keeps our dog from being willing to try the ramp. We would like to return it, but there was no paperwork accompanying the order.
frank a.
flimsy shakey shadey slippery ramp my golden took two steps and went opposite direction.
Gloria E.
My dogs feet slip on ramp, so I can’t use it Complete waste of money.

My 8 month old English Bulldog loves going for rides. When I got him he was 13 lbs, now 50 lbs. The ramp is a great help and Easy to use.

This company is very hard to get ahold of. I have tried to email them through 3 different email address, ass they don't have a phone number listed anywhere to get ahold of them, and all three emails sent were returned as undeliverable. I am wanting a refund for the item I purchased and can not get ahold of them. My credit card has advised me to return the product and if I don't get the refund from them I can dispute on the charge on my credit card for a refund through them. There site says they stand behind there products 100% but they are going to charge a 10% restocking fee for the refund!!

So much easier getting in and out of the car and up onto the bed
Nancy S.
It's nice but I don't think I'm going to get to use it. I've tried to coax him with treats but he's not having it. He won't go up it. I may have to return it.

Excellent. Helping with Waylon's developing hip issues.

Got for a friends elderly lab
Marjory S.
Perfect for my standard poodle to walk up into the truck.
Karen B.
It is so much lighter and easier for me to handle. My older Lab took right to it!
Robert O.
Strongly considered sending it back-
Our dogs lost footing and slipped with stock ramp-
Decided to attach some carpeting for better traction-
You should offer some type of traction insert-

My dog rottweiler is 6 years old and is 115 lbs and is affraid of the ramp.We will keep trying to git her to use it.
beatrice w.
little slippery
Frank M.
Plastic tread, expecting rubberized tread.
WILLIAM S.
My 14 yr old lab mix slips on the ramp, had to place carpet runner on ramp. A little wider would be nice as she has a tendency to step off the side with her unusual gait due to weak rear end.
Richard S.
Our dog seems to love the ramp and that is good enough for me. Thanks
Betty A W.
Have not used it yet for my dogs, but will soon.
Pam M.
The dog slipped on the ramp. It is plastic with nothing for traction. I paid $79 for the ramp and they only wanted to refund $15 and keep the ramp. Only cost $23 to return it. So $15 + $23 is $38. This means they are pocketing $41. WHAT. Want full refund.

We live in the Sierras. Chewy has adjusted our orders as needed. We provide a terminal home for old German shepherds, 8 currently, so Chewy's program has worked for us. Delivery to our door has been a great help.
Deborah K.
It's it's too slippery for my old dog
I have to go buy so into slip material to put in it
ALAN L.
Works well, light and easy to carry.

Our older dog, Hoss has trouble getting into vehicles, the ramp is great.
Bethany B.
Very lightweight & easy to handle.
Dale H.
We have a 85 lbs rescue 7 or 8. I have 4x4 pickup I would lift her in and she jump out she didn't to go up down no problem. She loves to go for a ride.
Nancy O.
My 90lb older GSD uses it to get in the truck and on the ATV. This ramp gave me my adventure companion back.
Linda H.
Haven't really used it yet but it seems to be fine!
Donna S.
It’s too slippery so we put a piece of carpet down the middle and it gives her more confidence
Robyn O.
Took some time to get it (delivery).
My boy hasn't taken to it yet but he will - if he wants to get from 'down there' to 'up here'...
Very sturdy, well made
William K.
Got it for my old dog ! It’s NOT nonskid for a dog with weak back hips ! Am going to have to glue some carpet down and try again !
Greg O.
The ramp appears to be a quality item. The only negative about buying this is that I attempted to contact customer service using email but all my messages were undeliverable. This problem should be fixed immediately.
Fred E.
Have a dog that’s had bad experiences with cars. Dumped, became a stray, picked up and dumped at a shelter. Still trying to encourage him to enter the car. Like the lightness and the side rails. Compact
Curt M.
Could use A carpet cover so it’s not so slippery for the dogs

I received my ramp last week for my 12 year old golden retriever. Once I set it up she was anxious to use it to get into the car. However, once all 4 feet were on it she slid back down to the bottom. That happened 3 times then she refused to try it again. She was afraid of it. The cold plastic was too slippery for her. It was 20° outside. I am hoping when it warms up it has better traction or I am going to have to glue some carpet to it to use it all year in our climate. I was disappointed to say the least!
Donna S.
My dog Travis is learning how to walk up the ramp. Doing well.
Barbara J H.
Arrived am not going to be able to use it where I planned to, wanted to use in bedroom for begal to get on bed. ... will give it to me son. Thank you for sending it.
Karen V.
Our mix breed shepherd is 77#. She is always in pain & it hurts her so bad to lift her into our suv & even more to jump down. It was easy to train her to use this ramp. She is not afraid of slipping or falling. We couldn't be more satisfied. Worth every penny!!!
Raymond C L.
My German Shepherd refused to step on it. And she is too heavy to lift her. Now I don’t know what to do.
Myriam P.
Dont like the way you handle returns been trying to find out how to send the ramp back for days as we no longer need it also where to send it to. Can't get a hold of anyone by phone or internet. Parker.myriam@gmail.com

Worked out great.

Nicola P.
iT DIDN'T MEET MY EXPECTATIONS. AND I WOULD LIKE A REFUND, AND A WAY TO RETURN IT.
Doris G.
I just received it and having used it as yet. The dogs didn't seem to thrill to use it as of yet.
Lloyd T.
The item was delivered in a very timely manner! Excellent customer service! I still haven't had a chance to see if Dollar can use it!!
Kathy M.
Love the price and portability. Works as stated.
Timothy R.
Works great. What I expected.
Susan C.
She’s afraid of it but we hope it will work out
Patricia A C.
I received my ramp today (10/22/20).
I love it & my Labrador retriever (Dix, 10 yrs old) is going to love being able to go for car rides again.
Thank you ☺️
Melanie G.
The way it functions is very good, but since it is hard plastic it could be improved with an anti-slip material on the top of the ridges.
Darren Ball
This ramp appears to be well made and durable. It's lightweight and folds down nicely so as not to take up too much space in the car.
Gigi N
It's taking some work to get our elderly dog to trust this ramp. We're experimenting with different things to put on the ramp for better traction. He will climb the ramp enough to get all four feet on it, but his feet start to slide, and he won't go all the way into the car.
The ramp is compact and light weight, and easy to fold up and put into the back of the car. It actually seems quite stable when set up for such a light ramp. The only issue seems to be the lack of traction.
If the ramp had better footing, I would have given it five stars.
Tamara N.
Did a training session with both dogs. Was great for one and a little harder for the other. The easier of the two dogs was the dumber of the two dogs believe it or not. The smarter dog was more nervous and carefully. Treats are definitely a major part of the process. But we got to praise as the reward shortly after.
David P.
Haven't tried it yet

I am very pleased with this ramp
Travis .
I use this ramp with my 8 year old Augie. Augie is a double merle, so was born deaf and partially sighted. In addition he was diagnosed with Addisons . I use the ramp as jumping in the back is too hard for him.
I have used it twice AND IT IS AWESOME!!! It is so light, easy to fold up and put behind driver's seat, and gives him MUCH better traction than my previous metal one.
THANK YOU for making my dream ramp!!!

Our aging dogs had a hard time going up and down it because to slick. We fixed that by adding carpet and works great now. The frame is sturdy for a 100 lb dog. Product is good and we'll made just needs not to be so slick. Maybe you should spray a rubber matting cover on walking area to better my review to 5 stars.
Mary Kimberly
Pros: The ramp is quite sturdy. It’s long enough to make a good angle to walk up.
Cons: the plastic is slippery - my dog struggles to walk up it. The part where the ramp folds can easily pinch you when you are setting it up.
J MCMAHON
This works well & my dog got used to it very quickly. I took advice of others & started the training indoors, on a flat surface, just bribing him with treats. Then graduated to a curb height, then used in on my vehicle (Ford Explorer) and had him come DOWN first (treats included). When I take him up, we take a bit of a running start, and I hold his collar just to direct him straight up the ramp. He is a very large 10-year-old chocolate lab and getting in & out of the car was becoming a chore & painful for him, especially jumping down. Now, he doesn't even want to try to get in or out without the ramp, so a complete success! And he is still expecting treats, but what the heck, he's a Lab! >:-) See the photos that show how I upgraded the covering. And the happy face of the dog who uses it every day!

Excellent product. Exactly what I needed. My 12 year old, 70 lb. lab is getting bad hip and started having trouble getting in my cars. I used to be able to lift her but it must hurt her to be lifted so she started avoiding us when trying to go for ride.My dog didn’t like walking on the bare plastic so i added carpet, secured it to the top section and just unfold it with the ramp. No issues at all. Would highly recommend this product.

So far, so.good. I have a 24 pound senior dog and I needed a ramp for a couple of stairs going into the backyard as his back is delicate. The ramp doesn't have anything to hold it in place, but sturdy enough to stay in place. I placed it at the top of stairs and it works fine. The surface is rough, but my dog doesn't mind (not slippery, which is a plus). It is a bit narrow, but no problem for average/smaller dog.
Yorkshire Lass
I was looking for a ramp for my alsation to side load through the rear door onto the back seats. This product is brilliant, you can unfold and fold using only one hand leaving your other hand free to hold the dog if necessary. It is lightweight and fits either in the space behind the front seats or in the boot (I have a Renault Megane). It only sticks out about a foot after the car door is fully open but you'll need to park by a pavement, not in a multi-storey car park inbetween 2 cars! The dog didn't like it at first but soon got the hang of it. (Using treats helped!). We all think it's great and far less stressful than trying to pick her up! Would definately recommend it.

I've been using this for a couple of months or so now and I have to say I'm really pleased with it. Made from rigid and hard wearing plastic, the hinge has a metal insert all the way through it so it's unlikely to break. Our two middle aged Springers got used to using it really quickly and its so much kinder on their leg joints instead of jumping in and out of the back of the car.

I have tried numerous ramps over the years. This one is a good balance of strength and weight. I have Newfoundland dogs, so I need a sturdy ramp. This one is rated to 150 pounds, so it works for us.
Andrew White
Love this. Great ramp for the price. Durable and pups don’t skip going up. I like the slate in case water gets on it. Folds easily for storage. Third photo shows my 17 pound dachshund on the ramp.

Lightweight, sturdy enough for my 11yr old, 97lb lab to get into a Ford F-150. Happy with the buy and good value.

We are so glad we purchased this. We have a 150lb Rottweiler and a 90lb Yellow Lab. Both are getting up in age. Our Rottweiler we had to lift him into our 4Runner which was not an easy task. The ramp fits on the back of the 4Runner. Both of them were hesitant at first. We laid it on the ground and had them walk over it a few times and then hooked it up. We dropped treats along the ramp and after 3 times of going up and down it they no longer hesitated. It holds our Rottweiler just fine. It does bow slightly but that does not bother him. We couldn't live without it now!

My old retriever was scared to use this at first but now that she’s had a few trips with it she goes right up. My Jeep is stock height right now and the slope isn’t too bad but we’ll see how well this works after I install my lift kit. That would make it roughly the same height as a typical truck tailgate.
Neil
Great product. We had to add some traction to the ramp as our dog was sliding. Now that is getting old and losing his vision he is able to go outside without a problem.

my dog is a 55lb mutt; she is very smart and a bit stubborn. I did as another suggested and let her investigate it while it was flat on the living room floor. She was very hesitant last night. Today, I set it up at the side slider door of my minivan. Using sliced hot dog as the motivating treat, and telling her "ramp" (and tapping on it with the hot dog slice), she eventually caught on and walked the ramp up. I'll add that I had her on a lead the whole time, so I could help guide her. Down the ramp was a harder trick, but she eventually decided it was ok & the hot dog was worth it. This whole process took us a total of 10 minutes and one hot dog. This ramp is solidly built.

This ramp was well worth my money. Sturdy, lightweight & easy to fold. The grooves are excellent for helping my senior dog walk down the ramp & get herself back up the ramp. She uses her feet pads & claws to grab onto the grooves. I can tell this gives her security & confidence that she's not going to slip going up or coming down. This ramp is the only method she will use to get off of the porch & back on the porch. I highly recommend this product.

My 8 year old 88 lb Australian Shepherd is getting old and the ability to jump into my tall SUV is limited at best. She weighs 88 and I weigh 104. Trust me when I say that it's not easy to lift her into the car, and riding is her favorite thing to do. I tried getting her stairs, since she climbs stairs every day in the house. I even got the wide stairs. She didn't want to climb them, even when I put treats on every step to bribe her. I tried pulling her up to show her what to do and all that happened is that I hurt her and she limped for a day. Guilt trip. So I decided to try this ramp. It's wider than most and the length makes a very gentle slope. It didn't take her long to get the idea. I put treats leading up the ramp and up she went. I didn't want her to jump out of the SUV, so I had her stay until I put the ramp up. I patted it and she ran down it. I'm so happy she will be able to safely take rides with me. It folds into a nice compact package and is easy to put into the car if she's going to have to get out of the car before we get home. The pad on the ramp is really good...great traction but easy on her feet. I highly recommend this for your aging pups.
William
I have a 135lb yellow labrador who has an aversion to stairs. So I am pretty much an expert on ramps. I have multiple. This one is very sturdy and can stay in the elements full time without changing appearance. This one is used to get back and forth from the deck to the yard. Very nice grip area that can be removed to be cleaned if necessary. As yet, after months it hasnt needed cleaning and it looks as good as it did when I first purchased it.

My 11 year old doggy had been hit by a car a few years ago, and her hind end just wasn't working well. She weighs 110 pounds, so too heavy and big for me (69 year old female) to lift. I had sturdy plastic steps which worked to get her into my SUV for a while, but finally that became too difficult for her. The ramp is easier for her to use to get into my Subaru Forester, and I'll continue to use it. However, it is HEAVY and AWKWARD to lift and to move. Also, I have to put it in the back seat on the floor between the front seat and the bench seat when she is in the vehicle and it almost doesn't fit there because it is so big. Also, difficult to get it out of there. If I were young and strong, maybe not a problem. When she is not in the vehicle, I can put this in the cargo area, but it's too big to fit there when she's riding there. However, I need something like this or I can't transport her, and she's much too fine a pet to leave at home. So, I suffer so she doesn't have to. That's the name of the game, isn't it?
Ben Michaels
The plastic ramp has lines cut into it, but it’s not grippy in the slightest. The grooves make for little edges their claws can grip for traction. Definitely much better suited for a very low angle. *while folded, it’s about the size you imagined, but bigger. Haha.* It’s affordable, lightweight, but it does take up a footprint. I drive a Tucson with the back seats folded down for the dog to ride comfortably, so the ramp tucks into the nook behind driver seat and folded rear passenger seat. It’s sturdy enough I’m comfortable with my 70lbs dog going up and down at the angle it rests.
Barbara M.
I like the way that it folds in half, and the thickness of the Ramp. What I don't like is how my Dog is not able to climb when it is at an angle, because there is no Grip for her feet. The Ramp needs to be covered with something that will let the Dog climb in and out without sliding. the Groves are way to deep for the paws. And maybe side rails, some Dogs do not like open sides.
